Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free is a permanent plan with no card required. It includes 30 posts, 10 AI generations, 5 watermarked AI images, 3 connected accounts, and 1 campaign per 30-day cycle.
How do limits reset?
Limits follow your workspace billing cycle, treated as a rolling 30-day window. When the cycle resets, monthly usage counters reset and you start fresh.
What does agent mode mean on each plan?
Free keeps agent mode off. Basic includes guided AI assistance with 20 runs per month. Pro includes full agent mode with 100 runs per month. Team includes full agent mode with 300 runs per month.
Can Sparks unlock features or extend monthly quotas?
No. Sparks are an earned retention currency. They do not unlock tier-gated features, do not expand exhausted monthly limits, and are not sold as add-on packs.
Which plans support model selection?
Model selection is available on Pro and Team. Lower tiers use the default managed experience instead of exposing provider selection controls.
What happens when I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Upgrades take effect immediately so the higher limits are available right away. Downgrades and cancellations stay active through the paid period you already have. If a payment fails, VI Engine applies a grace window and sends warning emails before the workspace falls back to Free.
Which platforms are live today?
Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and LinkedIn personal profiles are live. Roadmap channels stay labeled as roadmap until they are ready for real customers.
How do AI images work?
Free includes 5 watermarked AI images per cycle. Basic includes 20 unwatermarked images. Pro includes 60. Team includes 250. Vision analysis expands on Pro and Team.
What is the media gallery?
The media gallery is a workspace-scoped asset library available on paid plans (Basic and above). You can upload, organize, and reuse images across campaigns and posts. Free tier shows an upgrade prompt.
What is the comment inbox?
VI Engine automatically syncs comments and reactions from your published posts every 15 minutes. The inbox lets you triage, assign, and reply to comments — including AI-suggested replies — without leaving the product.
What is the Signal Loop?
Signal Loop is a streak-earned intelligence feature on Pro and Team. As you maintain a daily publishing streak, you unlock progressively deeper guidance: momentum signals at day 3, timing windows at day 7, trend-match signals at day 14, and campaign learning at day 30.
How does trend-aware planning work?
VI Engine uses four trend engines for discovery, timing, cross-network insights, and resilient fallback research. Optional sources include Google Trends, X trends, and Zyte global signals layered on top of the native engine.
What happens after something starts working organically?
The workflow can carry that signal into promotion decisions, so your team can move from organic traction to paid amplification without losing context. Ad promotion is available on Basic and above.
