1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VI Engine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VI Engine is a social media campaign management platform that enables users to:

• Create and schedule content for multiple social media platforms
• Use AI-assisted content generation
• Manage and analyze social media campaigns

The Service is provided via web browser at viengine.com and app.viengine.com.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• If using on behalf of a company, you must have authority to bind that company

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party platform terms
• Providing accurate account information

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VI Engine to:

• Post content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Publish spam, misleading information, or fraudulent content
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use the Service to publish content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Connected Platform Terms

When you connect a social media platform to VI Engine, you also agree to that platform's terms of service. VI Engine is not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
• Content rejected or removed by third-party platforms
• Rate limiting or access restrictions imposed by third-party platforms

Connected platforms include but are not limited to: LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X Corp (Twitter/X), Reddit.

7. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content is provided as a draft for your review
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or compliance of AI-generated content
• You retain full ownership of content you publish through the Service

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service
• By using the Service, you grant VI Engine a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the Service
• VI Engine's software, design, and technology remain our intellectual property

9. Service Availability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platform outages or API changes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• VI Engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months
• We are not responsible for content published or not published due to third-party platform failures

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
