Using the service
By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using Vi-Engine, you agree to these Terms of Service. Vi-Engine is a workspace-based social publishing product. The customer-facing service currently covers content drafting, campaign and post management, scheduling, publishing through supported official platform APIs, workspace collaboration, and related billing, analytics, and compliance flows.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or joining a workspace. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, your connected workspaces, and the people you invite into those workspaces. Customer workspace roles are intentionally simple: team_admin and member. FounderSpace is an internal-only route and is not part of the customer plan model.
Connected platforms and permissions
When you connect a social account, you authorize Vi-Engine to use the official permissions granted through the relevant OAuth flow. Depending on the supported platform and the permissions you grant, that can include publishing on your behalf, refreshing account status, or syncing related engagement and publishing data. You can disconnect platform access through the product flows that support disconnection. When a manual disconnect happens, publish access is revoked and the account is marked disconnected instead of being hard-deleted immediately.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vi-Engine to violate applicable law, third-party rights, or platform policies. That includes spam, deceptive content, impersonation, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. AI-generated output is assistive. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published through your connected accounts.
Billing, plans, and Sparks
Billing is USD-only with secure checkout. Public tiers currently include Free, Basic, Pro, and Team. Product limits and entitlements are controlled by the active plan attached to your workspace. Sparks are an earned retention currency. They do not unlock tier-gated features and do not extend exhausted monthly quotas. When a workspace exhausts a monthly quota, the intended path is to upgrade or wait for the next billing-cycle reset. Cancellation, renewal timing, and any available refund handling are governed by the active billing flow, the plan attached to your workspace, and applicable law.
Third-party dependencies and availability
Vi-Engine depends on third-party infrastructure and official platform APIs. Service behavior can be affected by provider outages, platform review status, permission changes, API limits, or external policy changes. We may change, gate, or remove integrations when a provider changes its requirements or when a rollout is not yet approved for broad use.
Suspension, termination, and data handling
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, policy violations, unpaid subscriptions, or misuse of connected platforms. We may also restrict features when a platform, billing, or compliance dependency requires it. Data handling after suspension, disconnect, or deletion-related requests follows the current Privacy Policy and implemented retention behavior rather than unsupported blanket promises.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or billing/compliance posture changes. When appropriate, updated terms may be posted in the product or communicated through the contact information associated with your account or workspace.
